Head Officers

Purpose

A Head Officer oversees several schools (e.g. a chain of 5 academies). They switch between schools using the header switcher or view a Global Dashboard.

Who uses it

Super Admin creates Head Officer accounts.

Depends on

Institutions must exist.

Step-by-step

• Menu → Head Officers → Create
• Example:

- Name: Mr. Ibrahim Koné

- Email: ibrahim.kone@digitex-group.com

- Password: (temporary — user should change)

- Assign institutions: Green Valley, Blue Coast, Sunrise Primary

• Save. Mr. Koné logs in and uses the building icon to switch schools.

Q: Difference between Head Officer and School Admin?

A: School Admin manages one school deeply. Head Officer monitors many schools at summary level.
