• Invoices → Bulk Generate
• Class: Grade 5 Section A
• Fee structure: Grade 5 Tuition Tranche 1
• Generate → creates INV-2025-0142 for Marie, etc.

Example invoice

• Number: INV-2025-0089
• Student: Marie Kouassi
• Amount: 150,000 XOF
• Status: Unpaid

Parent receives WhatsApp + bell notification if enabled.
