AI on the Dashboard (School Copilot)

Purpose

On the Dashboard home page, the School copilot card summarizes what needs attention today — overdue fees, draft notices, upcoming exams — using live school data.

Who uses it

School Admin, Head Officer, Accountant, Teacher (items shown depend on your permissions).

Step-by-step

• Go to Dashboard
• At the top, find the School copilot card
• Click What needs attention?
• Read the bullet list and act (open Invoices, Notices, etc.)

Example story

Monday morning, the bursar opens the dashboard, clicks What needs attention?, and sees *“12 overdue invoices”* and *“2 unpublished notices”* — she opens Finance and Notices first.
