• 08:00 — Mother opens mobile app → Gate Pass for Marie → QR code PKUP-8X7K2M
• 14:45 — Guard at gate scans QR → status Scanned
• Teacher Mr. Dupont sees pending pickup on Pickup Management page
• 14:50 — Teacher clicks Approve
• Mother receives: *"Marie released safely at 14:50"*
