Online Invoice Payment Links
Purpose
Share a secure pay link with parents so they can pay fees without logging in. Each invoice can have a unique token URL.
How it works
- Accountant generates or opens an invoice (Module H3).
- On the invoice detail page, copy the Online Payment Link (or regenerate if needed).
- Send link via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
- Parent opens link → sees amount due and payment options.
Public invoice lookup (no link)
If the parent lost the link:
- Open https://e-digitex.com/pay (or your school domain +
/pay). - Enter Invoice number (e.g. INV-2025-0089) and Student admission number.
- System finds the invoice and opens the pay page.
Pay page tabs

| Upload proof | Parent submits receipt + transaction ID — status Pending until accountant approves (Module H10) |
Example workflow
- Invoice INV-2025-0089 — Marie Kouassi — 150,000 CDF unpaid
- Accountant copies link:
https://e-digitex.com/pay/abc123... - Sends WhatsApp to parent
- Parent pays via Orange Money → invoice Paid within seconds
