Packages and Subscriptions

Purpose

Digitex is sold as packages (bundles of modules). Each school needs an active subscription to use the system.

Who uses it

Super Admin.

Example

  • Package name: Standard Secondary
  • Modules included: Students, Invoices, Attendance, Exams, Notices
  • Subscription: Green Valley, Start 2025-01-01, End 2026-01-01, Status Active

If subscription expires, users see a warning; after grace period access may be limited.
